Casa Fresca
Casa Fresca is situated in the charming village of Deccio di Brancoli, close to stunning Lucca and offers an oasis of tranquility. The classic stone house with large porch, beautiful decoration and lovely rooms, magnificent views and relaxing jacuzzi will make Casa Fresca a wonderful place to stay during your Tuscan holiday!

Patio, Garden & Jacuzzi
Casa Fresca features a big porch which is the perfect stage on which to relax in the shade or enjoy the fresh air, even during a light shower. Around the house you will find a large outdoor dining table, several terraces on different levels and comfortable garden chairs to relax in. The garden is also a great spot for children to play, offers majestic views and includes a 7-person jacuzzi!

Kitchen & BBQ
The kitchen has a cozy fireplace and is well equipped with modern facilities (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven, plate heater and a 5 burner gas stove), a dining table and plenty of utensils for whipping up your own Italian meal! An outside barbecue is at your disposal to grill a perfectly done Bistecca Fiorentina.

Living room & Wi-Fi
In the attractive living room, you’ll find a large dining table, a comfortable sofa that sits 8 people and a TV with DVD player. Also, you’ll find multiple DVDs and (board) games for young and old. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi internet is at your disposal. The four tastefully decorated bedrooms on the first floor all have a private bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms have the following layout:

bedroom 1 – big double bed
bedroom 2 – big double bed
bedroom 3 – two single beds (can be used as 1 double bed)
bedroom 4 – two single beds

1 baby crib, 1 baby bath and 1 baby high chair are also available.

Heating and road
The house is heated by a modern pellet stove (that burns on compressed wood pellets). This stove heats the radiators in the living room and bedrooms and can easily be set on an even temperature with a thermostat. In addition, the house is being heated by a big fireplace located in the kitchen. Furthermore, there’s an outside fireplace on the porch. Wood pellets for the stove and wood for the fireplace are stored in the house.

Deccio di Brancoli is a very small village on a hill 25 minutes from Lucca City Centre by car. The road to the house is sometimes a bit tight and curvy but perfectly paved and safe.
